  • Items must be unused, unworn, and free of damage caused by the customer.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, warranty cards, manuals, and any other accessories received.
  • Clothing must retain all original tags and labels. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe boxes.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order number) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items, unless faulty or not as described.

3. Refunds
